Terms of Service

By creating a CueVPN account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CueVPN. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CueVPN Ltd. ("CueVPN", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CueVPN. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of CueVPN does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or on any government-prohibited or restricted-party list

To use CueVPN you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@cuevpn.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. CueVPN will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

CueVPN is provided for lawful purposes only. You may use our service to:

• Protect your internet traffic from surveillance on untrusted networks
• Secure your communications on public Wi-Fi, hotel networks, and shared connections
• Prevent ISPs and network operators from profiling your activity by IP
• Encrypt DNS queries and stop DNS-based tracking by your local network

You agree not to use CueVPN to:

• ✕Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• ✕Transmit unsolicited bulk email (spam) or conduct phishing attacks
• ✕Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
• ✕Conduct port scanning, network intrusion, or denial-of-service attacks
• ✕Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of computer systems without authorization
• ✕Violate or infringe intellectual property rights of others
• ✕Generate, transmit, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) zero tolerance, reported to authorities
• ✕Resell or sublicense the VPN service without written authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to appropriate authorities. Because we keep no logs, we cannot assist in investigations after the fact.

CueVPN offers Free, Premium ($4.99/month), and Premium Plus ($9.99/month) plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.

• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email before it takes effect.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours' notice where possible. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, government blocking, or force majeure events.

CueVPN and all associated trademarks, logos, software, and content are the exclusive property of CueVPN Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CueVPN client software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our software.

CueVPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure against all threats, or compatible with all devices. VPN services are a tool, not an absolute guarantee of anonymity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueVPN's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CueVPN in the 12 months preceding the claim. CueVPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in the EU, in which case mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must cancel your account before the effective date.

“CueVPN” and the CueVPN logo are trademarks of CueVPN Ltd. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. We use the name to identify the open-source protocol that CueVPN ships; this does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the WireGuard project or its authors.
