macOS support is on the roadmap — we're prioritising it after the current iOS and Android improvements.
In the meantime, you can run CueVPN on Mac using the official iOS app via Apple Silicon's iPad-app compatibility (works for most users).
We'll announce the dedicated macOS app on the blog when it ships.
While the native Mac app is in development, you can get a fully functional CueVPN tunnel using the official WireGuard client. Email support at hello@cuebytes.com with your account details and the support team will send you a WireGuard configuration profile that connects to whichever CueVPN region you need — Helsinki, Nuremberg, Singapore, or Boston.
The manual setup takes under five minutes and gives you the same WireGuard encryption, the same zero-logs infrastructure, and the same server network as the mobile apps. The main difference is that reconnection and the kill switch require the WireGuard client’s own controls rather than CueVPN’s one-tap interface.
When will the macOS app be available?

Can I use CueVPN on Mac today?
Yes — on Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3, M4), you can install the iPad version of CueVPN directly from the App Store. This works for most users on M-series Macs and gives you the full WireGuard experience while the native macOS app is in development.
Can I configure WireGuard manually on Mac?
Yes. Download the official WireGuard app from the Mac App Store and email support at hello@cuebytes.com to request a WireGuard config profile for your account. This gives you a fully functional CueVPN tunnel on macOS today.
Will my CueVPN account work on the macOS app when it launches?
Yes. Your existing CueVPN account, subscription, and settings will carry over to the macOS app automatically — no new account needed.
Does CueVPN offer refunds if I subscribe before the macOS app is ready?
All subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies. If the macOS app is a requirement for your use case, we recommend waiting until it ships before subscribing.
